Better Service starts with making fundraising easier for coordinators.  We find that when your project is successful, you’ll do business with us again, & tell someone other’s about us.  Here’s a few ways how we help:

1. We NEVER require school personnel to type-in order forms online, to tabulate their totals, or compile their own student reports. These services are provided FREE of charge.

2. When available, our items are ALWAYS offered presorted. We are not in the business of creating more work for our customers. We realize your time is valuable! This means your items will arrive packed for each student, labeled with student’s name for easy identification, with the original order form inside.

3. You will not be FORCE FED a delivery date. Once the order is ready to ship we will provide you with the earliest available delivery date. If that date doesn’t work with your schedule, a later delivery date can be selected as an alternative.

4. When you work with Special Moments you know you can speak with a decision maker that day to get a TIMELY response & resolution. This could be something as trivial as clarification on the sales process or profit earned, a revision made on a parent letter, or a change in date for the kickoff speech or delivery.

We’re committed to offering the Biggest Profits online…PERIOD.  In the rare instance that you find a better price online, please tell us.  We’d like the opportunity to match or beat their price.  

Many groups are simply being help back by a low % of profit.  I can’t tell you how many times we’ve heard from organizations who’ve sold items such as fruit, hams, mums, pizza kits, t-shirts, etc.  only to realize they were making 20% profit or less on those sales.  Often times these groups are forced to do all the sorting at delivery as well when we know darn well that the manufacturer offers pre-sorting by student, but the customer wasn’t offered that service.  

Most of our competitors can’t say 50% without getting sick at their stomach, but we can.  The root word of FUNDRAISING is FUNDS.  If you are making $.20 on the dollar with your current item you would have to sell 250% more product than many of the quality products we carry that earn organizations 50% profit.  The old salesman’s adage, “it’s not % you put in the bank, it’s money” is nothing more than a poor excuse for a low % of profit.
