DO YOU HELP FROM START TO FINISH TO CREATE A SUPER QUICK FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE?
– Absolutely. Our customer service team is here to answer ANY questions you have. We also assist with preparation of your parent letter, permission slips, & designing an effective incentive program including prizes and/or a party for students who participate by selling 1 or more boxes.
HOW MANY CASES OF SIGNATURE CHOCOLATE WILL I NEED?
– Most groups average 1 1/2 – 2 carriers sold per participant. We’ve seen groups with motivated sellers average 8+ boxes each. Our advice is to start conservatively, as you can always place a reorder to quickly get more.
HOW LONG DO MOST GROUPS SELL?
– We recommend selling for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Order form fundraisers last 14 days (2 weeks), giving everyone an opportunity to order. However, our groups have found with $1 items that having the box at the workplace of mom and dad for a few more shifts increases their sales by 20%.
IF I ORDER 20 CASES CAN I PICK WHICH OF THE 5 CANDY BARS I WANT IN THE BOX & HOW MANY?
– Yes. You can include any of the 5 chocolate bar flavors, and determine how many of each. Made sure your total adds up to 48. You can’t customize the gummy bear portion of the box due to it’s larger size. All orders receive 6 bags of traditional & sour gummy bears in their box. The company will need a week to hand assemble your order. If you need to start sooner, use the standard mix.
OK, WHAT’S IN THE STANDARD MIX BOX AGAIN?
– 18 Almond, 18 Caramel, 12 Crisp, 6 Traditional Gummy Bears, & 6 Sour Gummy Bears for a total of 60 items in each box.
ANY ADVICE ON WHAT TO PUT IN OUR CUSTOM MIX BOX?
– Feedback from our customers is that Caramel is far and away the Top Seller, with Almond being 2nd, & Crunch (Crisp Rice) being 3rd. If you’d like you can also include solid dark chocolate or milk chocolate in your box as well. However, we get more complaints about the solid dark and milk chocolate being in the box, than we do people wanting them. To give you an idea, our most popular requested mix is 24 Caramel, 14 Almond, & 10 Crisp Rice. Every community is different, and so are their tastes. Do you feel the demand for certain flavors is more or less in your area? We pay for a Custom Mix so that you get to decide!
HOW TO ORDER?
– Public School Organizations should REQUEST A QUOTE so you can get approval to receive on credit with no-money-down and 30 days from receipt of product to pay your bill. Reply to quote with an approved PO# from bookkeeper, OR an email w/ your principal’s approval & we’ll order that day.
– Non-Public School Organizations, orther groups, & individuals can click Add To Cart below & checkout on PayPal’s secure website using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, just select Guest Checkout.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
– Orders placed by 11AM central ship that day, & all others the next business day. – Depending on the size of your order your order will ship by UPS Ground, or by Freight Line for delivery 1-3 days later. As soon as ordered you will receive confirmation. We’ll provide you tracking info with date of delivery as soon as it ships.
